Information you provide directly

CruiseMigration does not currently require account registration. If you contact us by email, we collect the information you include in that communication (e.g. your name, email address, and message content).

Information collected automatically

When you use the Service, we may automatically collect:

• Log data — your IP address, browser type, referring/exit pages, operating system, and timestamps of requests, collected by our hosting provider (Vercel);
• Usage data — pages viewed, features used, and interactions with the Service, collected through server-side analytics;
• Local storage — the global search feature stores your recent searches in your browser’s local storage. This data never leaves your device.

We do not use third-party advertising trackers or sell your data.

We use collected information to:

• Operate, maintain, and improve the Service;
• Monitor and analyze usage patterns to prioritize features;
• Detect and address technical issues and abuse;
• Respond to your communications.

The Service uses minimal cookies — primarily those required for the application to function (session management, security tokens). We do not use advertising or cross-site tracking cookies. You can configure your browser to refuse cookies, but some features of the Service may not function correctly without them.

We share your information only in the following circumstances:

• Service providers — service providers process data on our behalf under their own privacy policies and data processing agreements;
• Legal requirements — we may disclose information if required to do so by law or in response to valid legal process (subpoena, court order, or similar);
• Business transfers — if EricCorp Dev LLC is involved in a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, your information may be transferred as part of that transaction.

We do not sell your personal information to third parties.

Server logs are retained for up to 90 days. Email communications are retained as long as necessary to address your inquiry and as required by applicable law. Local-storage data (recent searches) is stored only in your browser and is cleared when you clear your browser data.

Depending on your location, you may have certain rights regarding your personal information, including the right to access, correct, or delete data we hold about you. To exercise any of these rights, contact us at privacy@ericcorp.dev. We will respond within 30 days.

If you are located in the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom, or California, you may have additional rights under the GDPR, UK GDPR, or CCPA respectively. We process data on the legal basis of legitimate interests in providing the Service. You may object to such processing by contacting us.

The Service is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe we have inadvertently collected such information, please contact us and we will delete it promptly.

We implement reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your information against unauthorized access, loss, or misuse. No method of transmission over the internet or electronic storage is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will indicate the effective date of the latest version at the top of this page. Continued use of the Service after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated Policy.
